Carolina Custom Homes and Renovations is nearing the end of a few of our projects! The Garage on Dellwood was recently completed. Take a look at the dramatic before and after photos below!

The Custom Home in Edgemoor is scheduled to be complete by the end of September. We are wrapping up the interior of the home. We also recently started a Shop on the property! Check out pics of this beautiful home below:

Carolina Development & Properties, LLC is growing it's Property Management business! Through October 1st, we are waiving the one month's management fee for new properties! "Does Carolina Development & Properties charge the rental owners a fee if the property is vacant/between tenants?"


No. If our rental property owners are not making any money, neither is Carolina Development & Properties! It is our job to find our property owners the best tenants in the least amount of time as possible. We do not collect any fees until the lease has been signed and the rental period begins! If maintenance is required on a property while vacant i.e. cleaning, painting, etc., the property owner may be charged at that time, or the monies may come out of the first month's rent. Home Maintenance


Regular maintenance to your home is recommended in order to keep all necessary parts in working order. If you have been keeping up with these checklists, most of the items below look familiar! Believe me, it has already been over 6 months, so do your home a favor and do them again! (It just keeps getting easier with time :-))


September Checklist:

  • Check interior and exterior faucets for leaks and proper flow of water.  Clean aerator screens and replace washers if needed.
  • Lubricate interior door hinges, including garage door hardware. Adjust the travel and tension of your garage door.
  • Clean and replace any missing grout in tubs and showers, as well as tile floors and backsplashes.
  • Remove and clean the filter in your kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans.
  • Test for proper operation of smoke detectors and replace batteries if needed.

Custom Home In Rock Hill

Another custom home is about to start!! We are starting a new home in Edgemoor, SC right across the county line in Chester.It’s a 2600sqft brick and stone home on 48 acres of land.This Donald Gardner Floor Plan has many features.It is a ranch home with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths with a bonus room above the garage.We have made some modifications to the plan to accommodate our clients.

We contracted Mr. Mike Goubran of Carolina Custom Homes and Renovations, LLC to build a “Sunroom” as an addition to our house in June of last year. Mr. Goubran had the complete responsibility from acquiring a permit to construction and finishing the sunroom.

Mr. Goubran got the county permits and sub-contractors to finish our sunroom. The sub-contractors were of very high quality and very cordial. They made appropriate changes, where needed. The work done was of very high quality. During the construction, they cleaned the premises very well so we didn’t have any hardship. They finished the job on time and with in budget.

They have been very responsive and stood behind their work. They even made few additional repairs which they were not responsible for. Overall, we are very satisfied and highly recommend him and his company to anyone for any home construction job.
